I have purchased both the cream and this stick in the same level (5). I was very disappointed in the stick. It was definitely more convenient, but it was hardly effective compared to the cream. I would not advise purchasing this over the cream/ointment version. It is a lot of money for something that provided about the same relief as Bengay or any other type of OTC arthritis remedy.
After knee surgery, this product has been key to managing pain and helping with my recovery. It sits by my bedside and take it on trips. Highly recommend!
